Victoria’s introduced two new signature pizzas this weekend! They were both a big hit at farmer’s market and the private party on Saturday.
Bangers and Mash:
Even though we were a little late for St. Patrick’s Day this pizza was a special request for our farmer’s market friends.
Bangers and Mash – Irish breakfast sausage, Idaho smashed potatoes, demi-glace reduction w/caramelized onions.
Fruit and Cheese Plate:
The fruit and cheese pie is one that Bruce has been wanting to do for awhile. It commemorates his days back in Sun Valley, ID.
