I’ve been trying to post more photos of the appetizers that can be added to our wood fired pizza party package. This is a typical mixed antipasto spread we make, on the pizza truck, from a party last weekend. It includes Italian meats & cheeses platter, crudite platter, heirloom tomato platter, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, cilengini, and roasted red peppers.
