Recently a client expressed interest in the ingredients that make up our wood fired pizza, salads, etc. Buying through Teitel Bros. on Arthur Ave. in the Bronx and Ace Endico, we build each of our pies with the finest available ingredients.
Here are a few: Caputo “OO” flour from Naples, Italian plum tomatoes from Italy and California, Fransescani single source Sicilian Olive Oils, Don Bruno Spanish Wine Vinegar, Grande Mozzarella and other cheeses from Wisconsin and Italy, fresh Basil and local/organic produce as available.
