One hit this weekend was the Bee Sting, a new favorites – San Marzano pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, coppa, pepperoncini, and a drizzle of honey.
Another one that got raves was Sweet Squash – ricotta and fior di latte fresh mozzarella, butternut squash, fresh sage, Gruyere cheese and apple wood bacon candied w/ maple syrup.
