We hosted Victoria’s Girl Scout troop in January. The girls were there for a Simple Meals badge. First, they toured our commercial kitchen and made ice cream from scratch. Next they learned kitchen safety and knife skill from Bruce. Bruce is a graduate of the Culinary Institute and 30 year veteran chef.
Who knows, maybe they’ll be working on the pizza truck when they are old enough!
