Also…The Norfield Grange Winter Farmer’s Market will be on the front page of the Weston Forum this week with a picture of the Easter Egg Hunt…or so a little birdie told me last night at a meeting! CONGRATULATIONS and THANKS to all the vendors who brought eggs, goodies, prizes…and to Elizabeth Eastus (Victoria’s daughter – Carrot Top Country Kitchen) for being a good sport and wearing the Grange Cow costume and The Easter Bunny. I think a good time was had by all! Next year will be even bigger I’m sure!
You may not know BUT the Grange does NOT make money running the market…and any pennies we do make this year will go to the Sandy Hook Elementary School PTSA Fund! The shortfall the Grange will have to raise to fill the $400 donation that was promised.
